Lyndsey is a board certified Physician Assistant who specializes in aesthetic medicine. Lyndsey developed her love for dermatology working in a dermatologic practice during and after college. She was granted admission to the highly-regarded Physician Assistant program at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA.

After graduating with her Masters of Medical Science, Lyndsey spent over five years working in both Critical Care and Hospital Medicine. Lyndsey has always had a passion for aesthetics and decided to pursue her dream of becoming an Aesthetic PA. Her extensive medical experience, attention to detail, and artistic eye have allowed her to become a skilled and dedicated injector. After becoming a mom, Lyndsey realized herself the profound impact small aesthetic changes can have on someone’s self-esteem, confidence, and ability to “feel like yourself again”. She aims to enhance patients’ natural beauty by allowing them to age more gracefully. She is a self-proclaimed perfectionist and prides herself on creating amazing results in the safest manner possible.

Sloane Pardinek MSPAS, PA-C

Sloane is a board certified Physician Assistant who specializes in aesthetic medicine. Sloane completed her undergraduate studies at Texas State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Misericordia University’s Physician Assistant Program.

She spent the first 6 years of her career working as a Hospitalist PA. Sloane fell in love with aesthetic medicine after experiencing how much aesthetic procedures can impact a patient’s confidence. Sloane is the lead of the skin care division at The Refinery. She is always researching the best products and treatments on the market so that we can share them with our patients!

Dave E. Webster DO - Medical Director

Dr. Webster is a Family Medicine Physician with over 30 years of experience caring for patients in Central Texas. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. He completed his medical training at Des Moines University and also served as a flight surgeon in the US Army. As a Family Physician Dr. Webster emphasizes wellness and prevention. He understands that a patient’s overall well-being encompasses more than solely physical health, and has seen the profound impact aesthetic treatments can have on a patient’s life.
